How to use this scheduling tool

  • For individual sessions, click the type of appointment you'd like from the menu below, then choose the type of session you'd like, set your time zone, and select a time that works for you. Be sure to book it in YOUR time zone. Acuity adjusts for us.

  • Once booked: We will both receive an email confirmation of your appointment. Appointments can be imported into your Outlook, Google, or iCal calendar. You will also receive a reminder 48 hours in advance of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so up until 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please save your confirmation email in case you need to cancel or reschedule. If you need to change your appointment less than 24 hours ahead of your appointment time, please email me - there may be a cost, depending on the circumstances.

  • If you have to re-arrange a session, please give me as much notice as possible by emailing me. I will do my best to re-arrange a slot as soon as possible.   

    Providing me with less than 1 working days’ notice (24 hours) of cancellation will count as a paid session. The only exceptions are genuine emergencies. If I have to cancel our slot, I will give you as much notice as possible (wherever possible, a minimum of 24 hours) and arrange a new time.   

  • At your scheduled appointment time on Zoom. Please be in a place where you can be fully present, open, and in a state of exploration with no distractions or interruptions.

The Courage to Feel

This isn’t my usual post-holiday post. After a week by the sea, my mum’s words: “I thought I’d never see the sea again, let alone swim in it,” landed deep, bringing up grief, ageing, and the quiet confrontation with mortality that comes with midlife.

I’m finding myself held by opposites: love and fear, love and grief, joy and uncertainty, while caring for a young child, a puppy and elderly parents. I’m learning that grief can begin long before loss, and that wisdom is forged not by avoiding pain but by moving through it with honesty and love. In this post, I share what I’m discovering about aging, reality, and the courage it takes to stay heart-led. I also introduce a new, limited August offer, The Inner Temple, for women who are ready to return to their core, reclaim their life bus, and step into their full magnetic potential.

This message came through to me recently… and I know it’s not just for me. It’s for all of us. So many women are living pulled outward - giving, doing, responding, holding everything together.

We become so focused on what’s needed from us that we lose connection with what’s needed for us. The hamster wheel becomes normal. Expected. Even praised.

But it’s not where we’re meant to live.
