“You’re the part that’s missing.”
That message came through to me in meditation recently… and I know it’s not just for me. It’s for all of us.
So many women are living pulled outward - giving, doing, responding, holding everything together.
We become so focused on what’s needed from us that we lose connection with what’s needed for us.
The hamster wheel becomes normal. Expected. Even praised.
But it’s not where we’re meant to live.
Last week was a powerful reminder of that.
We spent time reprioritising - with our unapologetic women’s group - and it was deeply grounding to witness what happens when women choose themselves, without apology.
I’ve also joined a meditation circle hosted by my friend Grace. The following morning, I woke up feeling light. No tightness in my shoulders. No familiar ache in my neck. Just space. Ease.
That’s what happens when we take time for ourselves.
We come back to who we are. And when we do that… everything shifts":
You are not the extra.
You are not the afterthought.
You are the part that’s missing.
When I work with women I feel such hope because I know they will spread positivity, the ripple affect is always wide and can be felt by those in their paths. For me this is deeply healing. I can’t see what gets created - together.
