Finding wonder
Partnering with Casemiro (“gentle being”) was wonderful
This week I’ve been fully immersed in dreaming - not just the idea of it, but the practice. ✨
Everything feels sharper - dreams included. Although, my nightmares have been intense. Something is clearly working its way through my nervous system
Or maybe the world is simply chaotic enough to stir fear in us all and my dreams are gently saying, take greater care of yourself.
I listened. I turned to tapping (EFT), the same trauma‑based practice that helped me through PTSD. Every time it amazes me how effective it is - it gives me space, steadiness, and softness.
As part of my daily enchantment work, I’ve also started hunting for good news. This week, I found it in a local hero (Nathan Newby) who prevented a tragedy at St James’s Hospital, saving countless lives through compassion and courage.
I found hope again watching mothers from opposing sides walk barefoot through Rome, protesting the war in Palestine - leading with gentleness, strength, and love.
Finding joy in these flowers set off a wave of magic…
I’ve paused for wildflowers on my walks. ☁️
I enjoyed having my eyebrows threaded to Hindu prayer chants in Chapel Allerton - the conversation I had was magical.
I received a free nail treatment.
I attended the most incredible workshop focused on ‘managing perfections’ that involved horses, and two beautiful women facilitators, Val Monti & Martha Lindsel.
Since becoming a mum, my inner perfectionist isn’t quite as loud, but she’s still there. Taking time to pause, breathe, and be moved by the wisdom of the horses - these deeply intuitive, energetic beings - reminded me to stay present, leave it all at the door, and ground myself.
I learned more about myself… but most importantly, my hope and faith in life returned.
Thank you, Casemiro (which beautifully translates to “gentle being”), for being my teacher and reminding me to enjoy connection and open my heart again.
And finally, Lucy and I have created our Five Days of Dreaming series on Instagram & LinkedIn - a shared space to explore what it means to hope again.
Because honestly, the world feels heavy right now. But maybe discontent is where new dreams are born.
No more stuckness. It’s time to raise our vibration, reset our energy, and get clear on our intentions.
I truly believe now is the time to dream again - for ourselves, our communities, and the world we want to live in.
